Excursions & Activities

  • Let us show you the secret parts of London that remain off the tourist map: the Foundling hospital for abandoned children, Brick Lane – home of waves of immigrants and a thriving, bustling community and maybe even the outdoor ponds on Hampstead Heath where the brave swim all year round.
  • Spend a day exploring a historic location outside London: Oxford, Cambridge, Bath, and Canterbury are all favorites.
  • Sail along the Thames and see the Globe Theatre on one side of you, St Paul’s Cathedral on the other, and the Houses of Parliament ahead.
  • Explore central sites in the City of Westminster, home of Buckingham Palace, Whitehall, St. James’ Park, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Palace of Westminster.
  • Browse the urban markets on Sundays in Shoreditch and Petticoat Lane; eat fabulous food in Borough Market; shop for souvenirs in Camden.
