Vikings & Power
The Viking Age, for better and for worse, greatly influenced world history.

Still today, Viking culture resonates in contemporary Sweden and beyond. From popular culture to national myths, Vikings remain a staple in movies, television, music, and beyond, even as our understandings of them changes.

Come and walk in the Vikings' historical footsteps, from Sweden to Iceland, as you examine Viking society, politics, expansion, gender roles, religion, and legacy.
