For students and ambitious young professionals seeking exciting resume development, this internship offers the opportunity to learn from professionals in Australia’s most populous city. Gain mentorship and insight, within a competitive and fast-paced sector, with diverse and discerning clientele.
This program ranges from 6-24 weeks and has
start dates every Monday throughout the year.
Your fully-hosted experience includes sourcing of your internship placement, personalization of your project plan, airport pick-up, orientation, accommodation, meals and 24/7 support. For a full list of our transparent fees,

Eligibility Requirements
Real Estate interns in Sydney must be currently enrolled in a relevant university or higher education program, such as Real Estate, Commerce, Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, etc. Real Estate interns must have a genuine interest in Marketing and Sales.
Internship Details
Bring your energy and can-do attitude, as Real Estate interns have scope to enjoy interaction with a broad range of professionals and clients. Whether assisting alongside property management or real estate teams, there is scope to assist with a variety of tasks, which can encompass administrative, marketing, sales, and customer support duties. Examples of practical activities includes assisting with online property listings and administrative upkeep, assisting with contract management and leasehold agreements, providing phone and email support to clients, and accompanying professionals to onsite showings and viewings.
Individual internships experiences vary, as the specific placement that you’re assigned will depend on review of your resume and your current level of studies and experience. Interns will be encouraged to focus on their areas of strength, while also being flexible and willing to try new things. In all cases, interns are expected to be as proactive as possible, as a high level of initiative will greatly enhance your immersion and learning outcomes.
In all cases, interns should expect that the first week of your experience will focus on settling in and gaining some introductory knowledge, as you will not “hit the ground running”. Rather, you should start with learning about the placement to gain an understanding of what you can build upon, develop, learn, and contribute. If you’re at a more introductory level, you should reasonably expect a more introductory internship. Likewise, if you’re interning for a shorter duration, you will have a different experience from someone who is interning for a longer duration. Placement preferences are considered but always subject to availability.
Ensure that you ask questions and provide feedback during the introductory period, so that your supervisor(s) understands how you’re progressing. This will help them to better understand important details, such as how quickly you learn, what you find challenging, what you find interesting, etc.
